Reporting

Every listing and every provider profile carries a report control. Tell us what is wrong and where; you do not need an account to report, and there is no CAPTCHA in the way. Every report is acknowledged on the spot with a reference you can quote, and read by a person. A report takes the listing off the site at once — out of every list, every search and its own address — until a person has read it. If it follows the rules it comes back as it was, and a listing a person has already checked stays up while any later report is read. Nothing is ever deleted by a report or by a machine: the decision to take something down is always a person's, with a written reason.

Before anything is published

Every nuntio, every edit to one, every answer and every business profile is read by an automatic check first, in English and in Romanian, including the usual ways of spelling around a filter. A nuntio it flags is held — not shown to anybody but its author — until a person has read it and either approved it or rejected it with a reason; its author is told either way. An answer or a profile it flags is refused with the reason, and can be rewritten.

What is never allowed

• Sexual services of any kind, including when presented as company, massage, a date, a matrimonial ad or webcam work.
• Anything involving a child in a sexual context. We report it to the authorities.
• Buying or selling people, marriages of convenience, recruitment that looks like trafficking, surrogacy and organs.
• Drugs, prescription medicines without a prescription, and steroids.
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives and unlicensed weapons.
• Forged or bought documents, diplomas, licences and counterfeit money.
• Fraud: advance fees, untraceable payment demands, guaranteed returns, asking for card details or codes.
• Services that are crimes: breaking into accounts, spying on someone, violence or debt collection by force, money mules.

What we do

• Acknowledge every report on receipt, with a reference.
• Review by a person, not only by an automated filter.
• Give the poster a written statement of reasons for any action taken — whether somebody reported it or we acted on our own reading.
• Answer an appeal: it is made from the dashboard, under “Decisions about what you posted”, free and for six months after the decision, and a person looks at it again. The statement also names the out-of-court dispute route.

Trusted flaggers

We have no trusted-flagger arrangements in place yet, and this page will say how they work when we do. What we do today is separate the notices that claim illegality from the ones that do not, and mark them as such in our queue — that is the half with a legal clock on it.

Ranking and paid placement

Results are ordered by how well a nuntio answers what was asked, how recently it was posted, and whether the poster is verified. Paid placement is a fourth input and the smallest of them: it moves a nuntio within results it already matches and can never put it into a category, a place or a search it does not answer. When somebody types words, a closer match still wins — the amount payment can contribute is capped at a quarter of what matching can.

Every promoted nuntio is labelled Promoted wherever it appears, to people and to machines alike, for as long as the label is true. The public API and the corpus endpoints that AI assistants read are chronological, so nothing an assistant cites is in an order somebody bought. We run no advertising and show no ads.
