Tiered identity

Anyone can start a nuntio without an account; publishing it takes a sign-in, every account has the same allowance, and a listing posted through an agent says so. Verification tiers — email, phone, payment instrument, company registration, trade licence — are planned and not yet on offer, so no tier raises a limit today. What is published in the structured data is how the poster signed in, so an assistant can weigh it. Friction never lands on a first-time user's first listing.

Why this matters more here

When an agent selects a provider on someone's behalf, that selection reads as an endorsement by us. A scammer surfaced through our API is a far worse failure than a scammer buried in a browsing list. Verification is not a compliance chore here; it is the product.

Agent disclosure

Where an agent posts or answers on someone's behalf, we say so on the listing. You should always know whether you are dealing with a person.

Escalation

Report anything from the listing itself, without an account. A report from a signed-in account, or a second report about the same listing, hides it at once until a person has read it; a first anonymous report waits in the queue. Either way you are told the outcome, including when the answer is no. Every nuntio is also read by an automatic check before it is published, and anything it flags waits for a person. If we act on something you posted, you get a written statement of reasons and a route to appeal — and that holds whether somebody reported it, the check flagged it, or we acted on our own reading.

• Rate limits scale with volume, so a first listing is never slowed down.
